According to the relevant legislation, loading the goods onto the means of transport and unloading the goods from the means of transport are the responsibility of the sender and receiver. If the driver assists in the movement of the goods in any way based on an on-site agreement with the sender or recipient, this is completely independent of the transportation activities of VT Donau Trans Hungária Kft.
Additional costs arising from the Client's fault will be charged separately. Waiting time for loading and unloading without a duty fee is 3-3 hours. The Client's fees are invoiced based on the MNB mid-exchange rate valid on the day of posting or in Euro according to the oral or written agreement. Payment method: by bank transfer, until the agreed deadline. The default interest rate is double the current central bank base rate.
Competent court: Budapest.
By placing an order, the client accepts these terms and conditions.
